5. Reflect on a repetitive stress disorder(s) within your workplace. Do you feel Congress’s overturning of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) rules to protect employees against these disorders was the right thing to do? Explain your answer/reasoning.

Looking back at that experience and taking what you have learned from this course, how might you have approached or reacted to the situation differently?
