Using the readings and your own experiences as starting points, think about the qualities you admire and do not admire in leaders.

Ancona et al. (2007) discussed how leaders must balance their strengths and weaknesses to be effective, often difficult for them with many competing demands on their time and talents.
Maccoby (2004) contributed that leaders often have narcissistic personalities, which can influence their effectiveness and the effectiveness of their followers.
Kellerman (2004) claimed that leaders do not often possess special qualities that set them apart from others. She stated that “leaders are like the rest of us: trustworthy and deceitful, cowardly and brave, greedy and generous” (p. 45).

Identify one leader you admire without naming the leader and his/her organization.
Write a brief description of the leader you identified, including the levels of power and influence that this leader achieved.
List and describe at least five qualities that you most associate with the leader. Within your response, include whether or not these qualities can be taught to an individual, are ‘born’ into an individual, or a combination of both.
Evaluate whether or not the power, influence, and qualities you described contribute to the leader’s effectiveness.  2 Pages in APA format and must include title page and reference list. Due in 6  1/2hours
