InBev and Anheuser-Busch are the two closest rivals in the beverage industry. With their merger, it is expected that they will come out to be a stronger company up to compete with Coca-Cola, the number one contender of soft drinks maker in the world.

The weaknesses are seen point to its comparative performance with that of the S & P 500s index.
