Discussion:
Reflect on the assigned readings for the week. Respond to the following prompts: “What do I feel are the most important aspects of my learning in the chapters this week?” and “What about this learning was really worthy of my time and understanding?” Then explain how important it is in society or business.

Discuss the following statement made by a project manager (PM): “We have already spent 70% of the budget required to complete the project so it would be a waste of money to abandon it at this stage.” According to your book, is this PM right or wrong, and what implications does his statement / decision have on the project team and the other stakeholders?
