Instructional Website Evaluation Plan

Prior to completing this assignment, please be sure to read Chapter 10 of your textbook and review the video Formative Assessment: A Fundamental Component of Learning (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.. In this assignment, you will continue planning your instructional website, while justifying the evaluation plan for your instructional website and the design process you will use to create it. Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read the Week 2 Instructor Guidance page and review the Grading Rubric.

In this assignment,

• Describe how you will evaluate
  • The process of creating your instructional website and
  • The product you create (e.g. the instructional website).
• Your plan should address both formative and  summative forms of assessment. Explain your ideal plan in detail making  sure to justify your choices.
• Reflect on any advantages and/or disadvantages you  foresee from having limited feedback on your instructional website as  you will only have your own self-evaluation (as the designer/developer),  your classmates’ feedback, and your instructor’s critique during this  cours
• Describe how you can overcome any disadvantages.

The Instructional Website Evaluation Plan

• Must be two to three double-spaced pages in length (not including  title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style as  outlined in the Ashford Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.
• Must include a separate title page with the following:
  • Title of paper
  • Student’s name
  • Course name and number
  • Instructor’s name
  • Date submitted

• Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your  introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear statement that  indicates the purpose of your assignment.

• Must use at least three scholarly, peer reviewed, or credible sources in addition to the course text.
