propose). Review and critique the toolkit that you developed for that
assignment. Keep in mind that the Fuentes’ time and resources are limited and
their knowledge of managerial accounting concepts is even more
limited.

toolkit, and explain why you think it needs revision.If you think it
is satisfactory in its current form, present your arguments for keeping it
as is.You should
explain the purpose of each tool in your final kit and the limitations of
each tool.

critique as the basis for describing more generally the challenges associated
with developing workable financial and qualitative managerial reporting and
accounting tools for any firm. Based on the course work to date
(including the simulation exercise during the F2F), outline a process for
developing meaningful and actionable management data. Describe issues that
you think must be considered in any organizational “scorecard” or
toolkit. Describe organizational and other challenges related to
collecting and analyzing data for these scorecards.

You have
