I have a case question in which I have to write at least a five page paper. So I need to be a consultant and this Human Resource Manager hired me (lets say). So she has an employee (a teacher) in which has been absent from her job 100 days out of 265 days. Then she takes her sick leave due to the fact that she has torn ligaments in her knee. After that she decides she want to take FMLA. So the employee has been out since Oct 13 and Came back Dec 8 with clearance from her doctor. Then the employee turns around and hands in her resignation letter on Dec 9. When she came back to work she was given a different job description ( a sitting down Office position) to accommodate her (because of her torn ligaments) and also was relocated to be closer to her home. Now this employee is threatening to sue because she said they violated FMLA laws. On this paper I need to suggest what should The human Resource manager DO as far as her next step, also I need to state if there has been any discrimination and the laws of FMLA if they were broken and if not explain why
