Effective Group Communication

Imagine that you are in charge of creating a protocol for effective group communication within your organization.

Access the “Group Communication Simulation” document and read it.

In 750 words, compose a Group Communication Protocol for the organization.

Include the following:

1. Create policies that will benefit all of the stakeholders based on the research findings and strategies for effective group communication.
2. Choose three team members from the scenario and identify strategies each of the three team members should use when communicating with their team that would minimize barriers.
3. Include your rationale for why these policies will promote effective group communication for this organization.
